About Heal OS
Heal OS builds AI agents for US medical practices — AI scribe, front-desk receptionist, benefit verification, prior authorization, fax/referrals, and billing. Specialty practices across the US run on our agents daily. We're an early-stage, fast-growing team, and this is a founding sales hire with direct access to the founders.
The Role — Solution Sales Consultant (Account Executive), US Healthcare Saa S
This is not a cold-calling role. US doctors and practice managers book demos with us proactively. Your job is to run a sharp, credible product demo, handle their questions ("will this work with my EHR?"), and convert them into paying customers. You own the demo-to-close journey: pre-call research, live demo, follow-ups, and closing — with clean CRM hygiene throughout.

Adit, Care Stack, or Zenoti — running demos or closing US SMB/practice accounts Innovaccer, Health Arc, or any health-tech Saa S — in SDR/inside-sales roles, ready to own closing Omega Healthcare, Access Healthcare, AGS Health, Ge BBS, Corro Health, Medusind or similar RCM companies — in business development / client acquisition selling to US practices Clinical backgrounds (BDS/BHMS/BPharm) who've moved into health-tech sales — we value your credibility with physiciansWhat you'll need
1–4 years selling software or services to US customers on US hours (night shift, IST) Excellent spoken English; comfortable demoing to US physicians and practice owners US healthcare vocabulary — payers, prior auth, front-desk workflows, EHRs — or the ability to learn it fast Track record of hitting quota in a demo-heavy or full-cycle role; CRM disciplineDetails: Full-time, remote (India), US hours. Competitive fixed pay + uncapped incentives tied to closed revenue. Hiring process: short async assignment (mock demo) → interview with founders → offer. We hire on demonstrated work.
