Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties $110,000–$130,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Vehicle AllowanceWe're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction to lead AHCA-regulated projects throughout South Florida.What You'll Do: Lead healthcare electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, manpower planning, procurement, and subcontractors Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and AHCA representatives Oversee QA/QC, safety, commissioning, punch list, and project closeout activitiesWhat We're Looking For: 5–10+ years of Electrical Project Management experience Strong electrical systems knowledge and full project lifecycle management experience Experience with AHCA plan reviews, approvals, inspections, and documentation Experience working in occupied healthcare environments, shutdowns, and infection control procedures Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 99, NFPA 101, OSHA, emergency power, fire alarm, nurse call, and low-voltage systemsPreferred Software Experience: Accubid LiveCount Bluebeam Advanced Microsoft Excel & Word BIM Coordination & Clash DetectionWhy Join? xzbcwsv Competitive compensation package Performance bonus opportunities Vehicle allowance Medical, 401(k), and PTO Career growth with a respected electrical contractor Opportunity to lead impactful healthcare projects throughout South FloridaIf you're an organized, detail-oriented leader who thrives in complex healthcare environments and enjoys delivering projects safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget, we'd like to speak with you.
