Role Description This is a full-time Freelance 3 D Artist role with managerial responsibilities and a hybrid work arrangement, based in Hyderabad with flexibility for partial work from home. Apart from managing multiple projects and leading a team of 3 D designers and architects. The 3 D Artist will create high-quality architectural and real estate visualizations using V-Ray, Sketch Up, D5 Render, Enscape and 3ds Max, ensuring realistic lighting, materials, and environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include modeling interior and exterior spaces basis architects CAD drawing files and mood boards, applying textures, setting up lighting, and rendering still images, 360 stereoscopic renders and walkthroughs for property marketing. The role involves collaborating with architects of developers, real estate and marketing teams to interpret project briefs, revise assets based on feedback, and deliver visuals within agreed timelines on the Opensky VR platform. The artist will maintain organized project files, optimize scenes for performance, and stay current with industry standards and new visualization techniques.
