We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end SAP PP implementations , system enhancements , production planning processes, and integration with other SAP modules. The candidate should be capable of working directly with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP PP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP functional solutions.
• Configure SAP PP functionalities including:
• Material Master
• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Work Centers
• Routings
• Production Versions
• MRP
• Capacity Planning
• Shop Floor Control
• Work on enhancements , change requests, and continuous process improvements.
• Perform gap analysis and provide functional design documents for custom developments.
• Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM/EWM.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and provide end-user training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP PP functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in enhancement and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Manufacturing processes.
• Experience in configuration and customization of SAP PP.
• Expertise in MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
• Experience with functional specifications for custom developments.
• Good understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM/EWM.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
