We're Hiring: Content Executive - Specifically for the Reddit Platform

At Jolt, we’re building an iOS app that helps people take back control of their attention, reduce screen distractions, and follow through on what they actually intended to do.

We’re a young, fast-moving team based in Delhi, and community-led content is a major part of how we’re growing the brand. We’re looking for someone who understands online communities, conversational content, and audience engagement — someone who can create content that feels authentic, sparks discussion, and contributes to business growth.|

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation and Publishing

• Write engaging, discussion-driven content tailored for community platforms and niche audiences.
• Adapt content tone for different audience segments and online communities.
• Follow a structured content calendar to ensure consistent daily activity.
• Coordinate and execute content publishing across multiple accounts and formats.

Community Engagement

• Participate in relevant discussions and build meaningful interactions with users.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with community members, creators, and moderators.
• Respond to comments and maintain a natural, credible brand presence.

Performance Tracking

• Track published content, comments, and engagement metrics in a central reporting sheet.
• Monitor performance trends and suggest improvements based on results.
• Maintain a clear daily activity log and contribute to weekly performance reports.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written English and the ability to write natural, non-promotional content.
• Strong understanding of online communities, discussion forums, and audience behaviour.
• Experience creating content that drives engagement, conversations, and conversions.
• Ability to manage multiple content streams and meet publishing deadlines independently.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and basic performance tracking.
• Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
