Role: Digital Operations Associate

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months+ (with a possibility of contract to hire)

Work Hours: 6 working hours IST timings (between 10 am to 4 pm IST) 2 working hours overlap with PST timings (between 8 am PST to 12 noon PST)

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote - Ahmedabad , India

We are seeking a Digital Operations Associate to support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating projects, stakeholders, vendors, and operational activities across global teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining documentation, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Track project milestones, action items, and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting notes, and manage follow-ups.
• Drive stakeholder accountability and proactively escalate blockers.
• Support vendor onboarding and operational initiatives.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reporting.
• Improve operational workflows and documentation processes.
• Support hiring coordination and onboarding activities.
• Utilize AI productivity tools to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Program Coordination, Client Services, Recruiting Coordination, or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Vendor coordination experience.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Experience with Slack, Box, Airtable, or similar collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
