Plant Head

Alliance Formulations is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Plant Head to lead and manage all manufacturing operations at our Baddi facility. The role carries complete responsibility for Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, EHS, Administration, and Operational Excellence while ensuring world-class manufacturing standards, regulatory compliance, and business growth. Candidates from Pharma background only will be considered preferred in liquids / non medicine. Key Role & Responsibilities Manufacturing & Operations Excellence · Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across all production lines. · Deliver production targets while optimizing manpower, machinery, and materials. · Improve OEE, productivity, and plant efficiency. · Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, T
