Leading global compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Compliance will optimize SOX control environments, advise on transaction processes, and manage a small team while working in a hybrid capacity from Beachwood, OH or Moon Twp, PA. Key responsibilities Lead global process optimization projects to enhance the SOX control environment through centralization, standardization, and automation Advise on the design of controls for compliant transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures Manage and mentor a team, prioritizing work to support Corporate Controls and Compliance objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, finance policy, and internal control standards Proven project management skills with a detailed understanding of financial business processes Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship Up to 10% travel required
