Key Account Manager - B2B IT Solutions(BLR/MH/Chennai)

We are looking for a highly driven and consultative Key Accounts Manager / Senior KAM to manage and grow enterprise & mid-market accounts in Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai . (Should be based in the appropriate location)

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B IT Solution Sales / SaaS / Key Account Management , with the ability to engage CXOs, IT Heads and Procurement teams and drive revenue through new business, renewals, cross-sell and upsell.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Manage and grow strategic/key enterprise accounts

Drive new business, renewals, cross-sell & upsell

Position IT solutions based on customer business needs

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Work with Pre-Sales teams on demos, POCs, proposals & BOQs

Lead commercial negotiations and deal closure

Drive customer retention and account expansion

Maintain accurate CRM, forecasts and account plans

Track market trends and competitive intelligence

Preferred Solution Experience: MDM | DLP | AVIS | UEM | ITSM | Server, Storage & Backup | Network & Endpoint Security

Job Requirements & Experience :

✅ 5–10 years of experience in B2B IT/SaaS/IT Solution Sales or Key Account Management

✅ Experience with an IT System Integrator, Reseller or IT Distributor preferred

✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✅ Strong consultative selling & negotiation skills

✅ Comfortable engaging with CXOs, IT & Procurement stakeholders

✅ Strong CRM and pipeline management skills

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✅ Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA/BTech preferred
