What you’d be doing:Owning the full accounting cycle for an assigned portfolio of properties, from monthly close through owner reportingPreparing financial statements and variance analysis for the properties you supportHandling AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and CAM reconciliationsWorking closely with the property management team to keep the numbers clean and current
What they want to see:At least 1 year of experience as a Property Accountant (real estate/property accounting xzbcwsv background required)Comfortable owning a portfolio with real independenceStrong attention to detail and solid Excel skills
