About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept development through execution .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, measurements, and site analysis to develop accurate design layouts.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and functional needs to create effective interior layouts and space plans .
• Develop and present design concepts, themes, mood boards, and reference images aligned with client expectations.
• Manage regular client interactions and design presentations , incorporating feedback and providing project updates.
• Prepare detailed service drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, and execution drawings .
• Conduct site visits during execution to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy and quality .
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and design specifications .
• Identify design or execution challenges and provide practical, timely solutions .
• Manage and prioritize multiple interior design projects simultaneously .

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong interior design sensibility and space-planning skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant interior design software
• Strong knowledge of working drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Strong project coordination and management abilities
• Good understanding of site execution and vendor coordination
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential interior design projects
• Experience managing projects from concept to execution
• Strong exposure to client management, site execution, and vendor coordination
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
