At Every Last Detail (ELD)  we specialize in social media strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling. We work with lifestyle, beauty, and luxury brands to create engaging campaigns that connect with audiences and amplify brand presence.

Working Model: Hybrid (12 days WFO per month mandatory)

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Days: Monday - Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Budget: 45 to 50k per month (depending on experience)

Experience: 3 - 4 years

Role Overview:  We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager  who can take ownership of client accounts and drive social media execution end-to-end. This role involves leading content planning, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery across multiple brands. Prior agency experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing & Account Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Lead client communication, manage expectations, and provide regular updates
• Present content plans, strategies, and performance insights

Strategy & Planning

• Lead monthly content planning and social media strategies for brands
• Translate client goals into clear content and platform plans
• Review content to ensure quality, brand tone, and consistency

Execution & Performance

• Oversee posting schedules and amplification plans
• Track performance, analyse insights, and prepare monthly reports
• Optimise content based on data and platform trends

Team Coordination

• Work closely with designers and content creators for smooth execution
• Guide junior team members on content and best practices
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-4 years of experience, preferably in an agency handling multiple brands
• Strong client servicing and communication skills
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferred
• Proficiency in content ideation and Canva
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
