About the Role

We are a fast-growing startup handling domestic and international operations.

We are looking for an ambitious Accounting Executive/ Assistant / Intern eager to master global finance, multi-currency transactions, and tax compliance.

Office Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai Office Timings : 0930 - 1800

Salary / Stipend: 12,000 - 18,000 in hand (Depending on experience)

Duration: Full time / Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Create and track client invoices using Zoho Books/Tally.
• Maintain accurate, daily financial records.
• Process Forex transactions and multi-currency entries.
• GST and Income Tax filings.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Forex and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books (or Tally) and MS Excel.
• Language : English
• Proactive startup mindset and a quick learner.

This is a good opportunity to experience maritime documentation and handle forex multicurrency accounting. You will gain hands-on exposure to global shipping workflows, manage international trade finances, and collaborate directly with foreign clients.
