Vibrant Emotional Health seeks an IPS Specialist to deliver evidence-based supported employment for older adults through the IPS model. The position is remote with field work required in the Bronx and nearby boroughs.

Responsibilities include vocational assessments, job development, employer engagement, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ goals and independence. Travel is substantial and candidates should be comfortable with home visits.
