Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Approval Executive to support our UAE healthcare operations from our India office . The candidate will be responsible for obtaining insurance approvals, coordinating with UAE insurance companies and TPAs, verifying claims, and ensuring timely processing of approvals while complying with UAE healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a minimum of 150 insurance approvals per day .
• Submit, resubmit, and track insurance approval requests.
• Notify the clinic regarding approval rejections.
• Communicate with insurance companies to clarify rejections, discrepancies, and pending queries.
• Verify these claims and ensure accuracy before submission.
• Coordinate with clinic staff for required documents, clarifications, and additional information.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of approvals and correspondence.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge in handling approvals for:
• General Practice (GP)
• Dental
• Gynecology
• Orthopedics
• Pediatrics
• Radiology
• Laboratory investigations
• Physiotherapy
• Knowledge of eClaim and Riayati portals.
• Good understanding of ICD and CPT coding.

Working hours will be aligned with the operational requirements of our UAE clinic and may include:

• Split shifts , or
• Straight shifts ,

depending on clinic requirements and operational needs.
