This role performs routine and preventive maintenance, responding to work orders and emergencies for resident units, offices, and common areas. Duties include troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues; coordinating with vendors; and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and code compliance.
