Responsibilities include operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.Shifts Available:1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM [Monday through Friday]2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM [Monday through Friday]OT include Saturdays as needed.Probationary training may be required on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM).Pay Range: $22.22 to $23.30/hr. ($.45/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts)Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Prescription, 401k Retirement Plan, Health Savings Account, Life/ Critical Illness, 2 weeks paid vacation (prorated 1st year based on hire) and 13 paid holidaysRoles Responsibilities:Set ups and operates various machines and equipmentConduct required quality checks and completes required documentation (e.g., scrap sheets, logs, data gathering, first/last piece inspection reports)Performs required preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment, machine, and process problems.May use hand and power tools to assemble products and package components.Follows verbal and written instructions, including blueprints, and uses computer for production-related tasksMay operate various material handling equipment such as power pallet jacks, lifts and packaging wrappersPerforms a variety of tasks/roles throughout the day, and rotates from positions as requiredParticipates in continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment using 6S principlesRegular attendance and ability to work overtimeWhile this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role.
