WE'RE HIRING – US SALES / TELECALLING EXECUTIVE
Location: Navalur, Chennai
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US prospects and potential clients
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
Follow up with prospects via calls and emails
Understand client requirements and pitch company services
Maintain lead status, call records, and CRM updates
Coordinate with internal teams to support business closures
Preferred Profile:
Experience in US Sales, Telecalling, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong phone presence and persuasive communication abilities
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
Experience with CRM or sales tools is an added advantage
Added Advantage:
US Staffing Sales or IT Sales experience
Appointment Setting and B2 B Lead Generation exposure
