In-Home Sales Representative — Las Vegas

Custom Deluxe Windows | Full-Time

We have representatives earning $85,000 a year and others earning nearly $500,000 a year doing the same job and selling the same products. Individual earnings vary with sales performance, but the opportunity is real.

Custom Deluxe Windows is expanding in Las Vegas, and we’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated person to become a key sales representative in the region and help build our newest branch.

Over the past 10 years, our team has used our sales system and product offering to generate more than $250 million in business . We’ll give you the tools, resources, and development to learn that system and pursue your own success.

We want someone who sees this as an opportunity to build a career and help grow our Las Vegas operation into a branch that can rival our established California business.

During in-home appointments typically lasting 30 to 90 minutes , you’ll meet homeowners, understand their needs, explain our products, answer questions, and earn their trust and business. You need to be comfortable guiding the entire conversation—from the first greeting to a signed agreement and initial payment—while helping customers feel confident about their home improvement project.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting homeowners throughout the Las Vegas area using leads provided by our marketing department.
• Learning and applying our proven sales process.
• Building relationships and generating additional business through referrals, networking, and your own initiative.
• Managing your schedule, travel, follow-up, and daily priorities independently.
• Representing Custom Deluxe Windows with professionalism, honesty, and care.
• Helping establish and grow our presence in the Las Vegas market.
