We are partnering with a highly regarded public accounting firm in Coral Gables seeking an experienced Tax Director to join its growing tax practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior tax professional who wants to step into a leadership position with a genuine and clearly defined path to partnership . The firm is looking for someone who can lead complex client engagements, develop strong client relationships, mentor the tax team, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Compensation & Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Lead and review complex federal, state, and local tax engagements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses
• Manage and develop client relationships
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting
• Mentor and develop Managers, Senior Managers, and other tax professionals
• Assist with business development and expansion of the firm's tax practice
• Work closely with Partners on firm strategy and client service

Qualifications

• CPA required
• Significant public accounting tax experience
• Previous experience at the Tax Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent level
• Strong technical tax knowledge and client advisory skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships
• Leadership and team-development experience
• Interest in progressing to Partner
