We transform bare shells into beautifully executed residential and commercial spaces, specializing in a "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic and smart, space-saving solutions. We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our core team.

What You’ll Do:

• 3D Visualization: Create photorealistic 3D renderings (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape) that clearly communicate design intent.
• Concept & Mood Boards: Curate physical and digital material palettes and comprehensive design presentations.
• 2D Drafting: Produce precise layouts, elevations, and working drawings (AutoCAD) for our execution teams.
• Site Management: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution perfectly aligns with your designs.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer in turnkey projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings, complete 2D working drawings, and conceptual mood boards.
• Expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills to effectively pitch designs to clients.
