Optometrist – Medical Co‑management
Location: West Valley (Phoenix area)
Responsibilities
- Manage medical cases for ophthalmology patients.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑operative visits.
- Collaborate with MDs and ODs in a co‑management model.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
- Experience in medical co‑management with ophthalmology practice.
- Spanish speaking required.
