Sr. AVP - Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Leader

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Leader to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and lead the delivery, enhancement, and operational management of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role requires deep techno-functional expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and proven leadership in managing large-scale enterprise systems and teams. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leadership, driving innovation, process digitization, analytics adoption, and continuous improvements across enterprise functions.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery, implementation, enhancement, and operational support of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Drive deployment of Oracle Fusion modules across enterprise functions.
• Establish and build a robust Oracle Fusion Cloud capability within the organization.
• Manage regular application upgrades and adoption of new Oracle Cloud features.
• Ensure high-quality project execution aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to drive digital transformation and process innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, technology groups, and implementation partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise systems, analytics, and user experience improvements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, governance reviews, and critical escalations.

Team & Delivery Management

• Lead multiple delivery and support teams while overseeing performance and resource planning.
• Drive capability development through coaching, mentoring, and continuous training initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and delivery standards.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage external implementation and support partners.
• Coordinate effectively with system integrators and technology vendors.
• Oversee delivery across multi-vendor and offshore/onshore engagement models.

Required Skills & Expertise

Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications

• Extensive implementation and delivery experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion technology landscape and integrated enterprise solutions.
• Deep techno-functional expertise with approximately 50-70% functional and 30-50% technical capabilities.
• Experience managing Oracle Fusion implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and support operations.
• Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) will be an advantage.

Analytics & Data Management

• Working knowledge of OTBI and Power BI.
• Experience creating business process documentation, BRDs, and process design artifacts.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, stewardship, and enterprise data management.

Leadership & Transformation

• Experience driving large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders toward common operational standards.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments.

Experience Requirements

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 10+ years of Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional experience.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion implementation and delivery programs.
• Experience managing multi-vendor, offshore, and onshore delivery models.
• Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
