What You’ll DoSupport and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingBuild and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario analysesDevelop business cases, ROI analyses, and investment recommendationsAnalyze financial performance, trends, KPIs, and key business driversTranslate complex data into meaningful executive-level analytics and insightsPartner with business and finance leaders to support strategic and operational decisionsIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes and reportingExplore practical applications of AI and automation within FP&AHelp improve the scalability and efficiency of financial planning and analysis across a complex organization
What We’re Looking For5+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or related experienceStrong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planningExperience developing business cases and ROI analysesAbility to turn financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadershipStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindsetAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and large data setsExposure to or genuine interest in leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technology within financeComfortable operating in a large, complex, fast-paced organization
