Sales executive

<p> Job description: </p> <p> The candidate will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, conduct demos and technical discussions as well as negotiate and close sales in the territory of Mumbai for ENT surgical equipment. </p> <p> Role &amp; responsibilities Increase customer base by making sales calls to ENT surgeons and promoting the product range Provide technical information and demos to interested surgeons (including demos within the OT) Commercial negotiation with surgeons to close sales Follow-up with surgeons for repeat orders of consumables Follow-up for payment collection Servicing existing customers with regular visits &amp; providing variety of clinical material received from company Escalation of customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and providing after-sales support Timely submission of information and reports that serve as inputs for the company MIS (daily call register/ weekly work plan/ territory analyses etc.) Provide market intelligence to the management on pricing, new products, competition, etc. </p><p> Preferred candidate profile Previous experience of medical devices / technical sales Ability to grasp scientific and medical concepts to aid in demos within the OT Hard working and sincere - able to cover the territory efficiently Effective communication and relationship building skills </p><p> Qualifications 2-5 years sales experience Completion of graduation - B. Sc. / B. E. is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel </p> <p></p> <p></p>
