PR Manager (BFSI / Education / Real Estate)

Hiring for a Client - Prose Integrated Key Responsibilities Manage daily PR operations for assigned client accounts Develop and execute PR plans under guidance from senior leadership Lead media outreach, pitching, and relationship management Draft and review press releases, pitches, bylines, and communication materials Coordinate with integrated teams (digital, social, creative, strategy) to deliver cohesive campaigns Supervise and guide PR executives and junior team members Manage media monitoring, reporting, and insights analysis Support client meetings, status updates, and presentations Assist in handling issues management and reactive communications Support new business pitches and proposal development Skills & Competencies Strong media relations and content development skills Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently Good understanding of integrated marketing and digital PR Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Mentoring and team coordination ability Proficiency in using AI tools and creating effective PowerPoint presentations Ideal Candidate 1 Strong Mid-Senior PR Profile from a PR agency / integrated communications background 2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2 years of total experience in PR / corporate communications. specifically in one of the following sectors BFSI, Education, or Real Estate. 3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience independently owning PR client accounts end-to-end, including client relationships, presentations, and strategic PR planning 4 Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong, established media relationships and a proven track record leading media outreach, pitching, and relationship management 5 Mandatory (Skill 1): Must be able to develop, review, and quality-check press releases, pitches, bylines, and communication materials 6 Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, creative, and strategy teams. 7 Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have experience managing, mentoring, and guiding PR teams / junior members. 8 Mandatory (Skill 4): Must have experience handling issues management, reactive communications, and crisis situations 9 Mandatory (Skill 5): Must have experience supporting new business pitches and proposal development. 10 Mandatory (Tools): Must be proficient with AI tools and creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations. 11 Mandatory (Communication): Must have excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management skills. 12 Mandatory (Stability): Must demonstrate a stable career record with sustained tenures, without frequent job changes or short stints. 13 Mandatory (Note): This RC covers four open positions — one requiring PR experience in the BFSI sector, one in Education, one in Real Estate, and one open to Any sector (general / multi-sector) 14 Preferred(Education): Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
