The Role We are seeking a Store Manager who lives and breathes our values of Confidence, Elegance, Heritage, Individualism, Quality, Timelessness, and Luxury. Charleston, SC is a market that not only serves the local client but also introduces tourists to the Abbey Glass brand and we are looking for a dynamic leader to lead the team, represent the brand, and continue the success we are having in Charleston. You will manage high-touch relationships with our diverse client base—from the young professional building her wardrobe to the well-established woman editing her curated collection—while simultaneously forging strategic partnerships that elevate the Abbey Glass name. Requirements Ability to stand and move about the sales floor for extended periods, climb ladders for visual merchandising, and lift/move up to 25–30 lbs (for inventory shipments). Since Charleston, SC is a high-traffic shopping destination open 7 days a week, we are looking for a leader with availability to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, weekends, and key retail holidays to meet the needs of the business and our clients.
