We're looking for a creative and AI-savvy Video Editor to create high-impact, short-form videos for our D2C business. The ideal candidate should have experience in editing performance-driven content using both traditional editing software and AI-powered video tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for social media and performance marketing campaigns.
• Transform raw footage into high-converting ad creatives and organic content.
• Leverage AI video tools, AI avatars, AI voice, text-to-video, and automation workflows to enhance content production.
• Develop compelling hooks, retention-focused edits, and scroll-stopping creatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver performance-oriented video assets.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and emerging AI video technologies.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in video editing, preferably in D2C, EdTech, media, or digital-first companies.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , CapCut , or DaVinci Resolve .
• Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, HeyGen, Kling AI, Pika, Synthesia, ElevenLabs , or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives, short-form content, and storytelling.
• Ability to deliver high-quality videos with quick turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.
