Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a General Medicine Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on our acute care units. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, and educate patients and families. Responsibilities include monitoring clinical status, responding to changes in condition, documenting in the EMR, and supporting safe transitions of care. RNs collaborate with physicians and care teams, precept new staff, and participate in quality and process improvement initiatives within our patient-focused, team-based environment.
