About UsBaumy Group is a New Orleans-based group of B2B companies. Our core businesses are ATM fleet services, indoor digital advertising (DOOH) networks, and unattended network equipment for commercial properties. We sell to banks, credit unions, retailers, property owners, airports, and venue operators. These sales cycles run long, involve several decision makers, and depend on relationships.
We have a sales team and SDRs making calls. What we lack is modern lead generation expertise. Nobody on our team is an expert in Apollo, Apify, automated outbound sequences, SEO, or AI search visibility. We know these tools matter. We don't know how to use them well or how they should fit together.
What We NeedWe need a lead generation expert who knows what we don't know. You will audit what we have, tell us what to build, build the first version alongside us, and teach our team to run it. Some of the work will be advisory and some will be hands-on projects.
What You'll DoBuild our lead engine: Set up and optimize Apollo (or recommend better tools) for list building, enrichment, and targeting across our business lines.Scrape and enrich data: Use Apify or similar tools to build target lists Apollo can't provide (property listings, venue directories, licensing databases, etc.).Design outbound sequences: Build multi-step email and multichannel campaigns with proper deliverability setup (domains, warmup, inbox rotation) and messaging that gets replies.Fix our search presence: Audit our websites for traditional SEO and AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and lay out a plan to get us found.Coach our SDRs: Review call approach, scripts, cadence, and how calls connect with email sequences. Give practical feedback that improves connect and meeting rates.Connect the pieces: Make sure leads flow cleanly from list to sequence to SDR to CRM to sales, with clear handoffs.Set the scoreboard: Define the KPIs that matter and a simple weekly reporting rhythm.Teach us: Document processes and train our team so we can run things ourselves.
Engagement StructureIndependent contractor, remote (New Orleans area is a plus, not required)Part-time, long-termPhase 1 (first 60 to 90 days): Hands-on. Audit, strategy, tool setup, first campaigns live, SDR coaching.Phase 2 (ongoing): Lighter advisory role. Monthly strategy sessions, campaign reviews, troubleshooting, and specific projects as needed.Compensation: Hourly, monthly retainer, or project-based. Tell us what you prefer.
