Job Title: Senior Financial Advisor Location: New York City, NY Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) Salary: $165,000–$200,000 base salary, plus incentive compensation, based on experience.We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to manage high-net-worth client relationships and deliver comprehensive, fiduciary-based wealth management and financial planning services. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of lead financial advisor experience, a CFP® certification, and a strong background in comprehensive financial planning.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary advisor for high-net-worth individuals and families.Develop and manage long-term client relationships and financial strategies.Provide comprehensive retirement, investment, tax, estate, and legacy planning.Advise clients on risk management, insurance, executive compensation, and wealth transfer strategies.Collaborate with investment and financial planning specialists to implement customized solutions.Guide clients through market fluctuations and major financial decisions.Identify planning opportunities and deliver objective, client-focused recommendations.Mentor junior advisors and contribute to the firm's growth.Requirements:10+ years of experience in a lead financial advisor role.Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships.Strong expertise in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management.CFP® certification required.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Experience with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred.Experience with fee-only RIAs or fiduciary advisory firms preferred.Knowledge of tax-efficient wealth management and estate planning preferred. xzbcwsv Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; 401(k) matching; paid parental leave; commuter benefits; and professional development support.
