Acting as a key compensation partner, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will manage core compensation functions, including analysis, benchmarking, and job architecture, while collaborating with various departments in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Advise recruiters and managers on compensation-related inquiries, including offers and promotions Conduct market benchmarking and maintain job architecture, ensuring alignment with Total Rewards leadership Run annual compensation cycle workstreams, including data preparation, budget modeling, and execution support Required qualifications Experience in total rewards leadership, specifically in compensation and benefits Proven track record in building or overhauling job architecture and salary structures Hands-on experience with private-company equity administration Strong modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in compensation survey data Knowledge of benefits and pay compliance regulations, including ERISA and ACA
