Key Responsibilities: - Client Consultation & Sales: Engage with leads to understand their interior design preferences, do site visits and design meetings to guide them through design proposals, and convert to closure. - Design Conceptualization: Present and refine conceptual layouts, color schemes, and space planning to meet client expectations. - Project Execution: Coordinate seamlessly with Project Manager time-to-time to ensure quality execution within stipulated timeline and designs finalised by the Client. - Customer Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain post-sales support, and manage client escalations.
