Job Profile We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance person to oversee the organization's accounting, finance, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, budgets, MIS reports, and business analysis, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards. The role also involves handling group company accounts, foreign exchange transactions, internal financial controls, and leading the Accounts & Finance team to provide accurate financial insights that support strategic business decisions and organizational growth. Key Roles/Responsibilities: · Independently handle computation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns, and other statutory compliances. · Prepare Financial Statements and coordinate Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, and other regulatory audits. · Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely recording of transactions. · Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, including Balance Sheet finalization and account reconciliations. · Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management. · Prepare MIS reports, business performance reports, financial dashboards, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making. · Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, profitability analysis, cost analysis, and business performance evaluation. · Assist management in budget preparation, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management. · Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize financial and accounting information for business insights. · Prepare and publish financial statements within prescribed timelines and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. · Maintain complete accounting records for all Group Companies, including designated personal accounts of the promoters/directors wherever applicable. · Handle export accounting, export documentation, and accounting for foreign currency transactions in USD, EUR, and other currencies. · Prepare and monitor Foreign Exchange (Forex) Variance Reports, exchange gain/loss analysis, and currency exposure reports. · Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely collections, vendor payments, and reconciliation of balances. · Manage financial obligations with suppliers, customers, banks, and third-party vendors. · Ensure compliance with all statutory, financial, taxation, and regulatory requirements across all Group Companies. · Establish, monitor, and strengthen financial controls, internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs to safeguard company assets. · Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, RBI/FEMA regulations (where applicable), and other financial regulations. · Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team, allocate responsibilities, review work, and ensure timely completion of tasks. · Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, consultants, and other external stakeholders. · Continuously monitor changes in finance, taxation, accounting, and regulatory laws, ensuring timely implementation and organizational compliance. · Support management with financial due diligence, business expansion initiatives, investment analysis, and other strategic financial projects as required.
