Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals in our Global Excellence Center Contact Center Agents. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and have a solid background in customer service, specifically in international voice or email/chat processes.
Key Responsibilities: · Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp Chat, for customer queries and service requests. · Provide effective customer service through voice, email, or chat communication. · Accurately log and manage customer issues and inquiries using Salesforce or other ticketing tools. · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing timely follow-up. · Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure prompt and accurate resolution. · Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues effectively. · Follow service level agreements (SLAs) to deliver timely and efficient customer support.
Required Qualifications: · Any Graduate (Preferred), 2+ years of experience in voice or email/chat customer service processes (international experience is mandatory). · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. · Knowledge of Salesforce or other ticketing tools is an added advantage. · Immediate joiners are preferred. · Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Benefits : A one-way drop facility is provided to employees, for female employees whose shift ends after 8:00 PM, and for male employees after 11:00 PM. Rotational Shift and weekly off (Hours of Operations IST Timings 07:00 am to 00:30 am) Contact centre operates on Fixed Holidays, and employees can avail Comp Off as per policy
