About the Role

Designer Smiles Multispeciality Dental Clinic is looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Clinic Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities Manage patient appointments and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations. Coordinate patient communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. Support and coordinate with the clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Assist with social media, digital marketing, and patient engagement initiatives. Manage clinic inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement. Handle administrative tasks and maintain efficient clinic workflows. Monitor daily operations to ensure high standards of patient service and clinic efficiency. Contribute to initiatives that improve patient experience and practice growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science background preferred).

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

✔ Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools.

✔ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn healthcare management, marketing, and clinic operations.

✔ Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, administration, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

✔ Must be able to commute conveniently to Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
