We at Coforge are seeking Python Full stack Technical Lead / Technical Architect with the following skill set:

Core Stack: Python, Django, SQL(Postgre SQL or My SQL), React.js, Angular, Unit testing, Gen AI tools (GHCP) Backend: Python 3.x with a mastery of Django and Django REST Framework (DRF). Database & SQL: Advanced Postgre SQL or My SQL skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be proficient in writing complex joins, stored procedures, and optimizing queries for large-scale reporting (e.g., generating year-end tax statements) Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between client-side Product Owners and Architects. API & Integration: Design and maintain RESTful APIs (DRF) for seamless integration with third-party HRIS, benefits providers, and banking gateways Gen AI Proficiency: Expertly utilize Git Hub Copilot (GHCP) to maintain high velocity, ensure code consistency, and automate documentation for complex payroll logic
