What the Client is Looking ForThe client is seeking a Senior Associate, IT Tech (IT AV Support Specialist) who can independently support enterprise audiovisual environments, Microsoft Teams Rooms, executive meetings, and conference room technology. This person will serve as the primary onsite AV/IT support resource, ensuring meeting spaces, collaboration tools, and live events operate flawlessly.The ideal candidate has experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Poly devices, ServiceNow ticketing, executive stakeholders, and live event production environments. xzbcwsv They should be comfortable troubleshooting high-visibility technical issues in real time while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Crestron, and Poly collaboration technologiesPrepare conference rooms and meeting environments for business and executive meetingsConduct pre-meeting system validations, testing, and rehearsalsProvide live troubleshooting and technical support during critical meetings and eventsPerform routine meeting room inspections, preventive maintenance, and firmware/software updatesManage incidents and service requests through ServiceNowEnsure SLA and KPI compliance through effective ticket ownership and issue resolutionMaintain AV asset inventories, documentation, and equipment recordsCoordinate with vendors regarding repairs, replacements, installations, and escalationsPartner with Facilities, IT teams, and business stakeholders to improve service reliabilitySupport live production environments and company-wide events when requiredAssist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiativesPresent project updates and technical findings during team meetings
