Job Description: Ø Sales o Local Sales & Development o Achieving the Individual target and responsible for 15% of branch target for Project vertical. o Identifying new customer o Generation of biz with existing customer o Payment Recovery. o Analysing and verifying the requirements of the customers. o Submission of quote to customers for Special equipment, RORO etc in timely manner and following up for the feedback. Ø Biz Development o Development of branches – Ahmedabad & Delhi o Assisting Sales people of branches to achieve their individual target. o Agent Development Ø Pricing o RoRo & Break Bulk Pricing o Internal pricing co-ordination. Ø Support Services o Monitoring the planning & execution. o Monitoring Customer Service & Operations department to sort out the issue and to meet the cut off time and accordingly to gate in the container to avoid operational failures. o Understanding the special requirements of customers in terms of stuffing and other operational activities and make sure all the requirements have met properly & effectively. o Updating customers about the status of the vessel arrival and other operational details Ø Reporting o Weekly reporting to National Head – Projects about the Sales & recovery. o Reporting to National Head & Senior Management about the corporate customers Sr. No KRAs Weightage 1 Project Sales & Development – Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Delhi 30 2 Train the sales & operations team of respective branches to develop independently and handle the shipments locally or at respective Gateway ports directly. 10 3 Assisting Sales team to develop the customers with joint meeting & achieve their individual Budget. 10 4 RORO - BB Pricing & Monitoring 20 5 Guide CS team on operational aspects to effectively handle Project Shipments 10 6 Overseas Agent development 5 7 Providing Management with Market Intelligence & MIS reports as and when required 5 8 Visiting On site @ port / CFS to ensure smooth execution of the shipments 5 9 Providing Innovative & Out of the Box solution to customers for upselling 5
