About the opportunity

Pasondia Cables Pvt. Ltd., established in 1999, is a Ghaziabad-based manufacturer and exporter of cables and conductors serving customers in more than 30 countries across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, South America and beyond.

We are looking for an Export Sales Support Officer to support our international sales team with day-to-day order processing, documentation, customer coordination and export compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the export sales team with day-to-day customer communication, quotations and order follow-up.
• Prepare and process export documentation: proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with production, quality, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.
• Track order status, shipment schedules and payment terms, and keep customers updated proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of export orders, LC/payment documentation and customer correspondence.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS and CRM updates for the international sales team.
• Respond to routine customer queries and route technical or commercial queries to the relevant person.
• Support participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions as required.

Candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; a background in international business, commerce or engineering is an advantage.
• 1–4 years of experience in export sales support, back-office export operations, or international customer coordination, preferably in a manufacturing/export company.
• Working knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms and basic international trade processes.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working full-time on-site at Ghaziabad.
