Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Location: Forest Hills, NY

Key Responsibilities:Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through resolution.Handle cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and general negligence.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.Conduct and defend depositions, including expert depositions.Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motion arguments.Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.Negotiate settlements and collaborate with partners on litigation strategy.Communicate with clients regularly regarding case progress and legal strategy.
Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school.Active New York Bar admission in good standing.2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.Strong plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred.Excellent litigation, negotiation, and case-management skills. xzbcwsv
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $175,000-$275,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
