About the Role 
N4XT is looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of brand partners across New York Fashion Week, Los Angeles Fashion Week, and year-round programming. 
Working closely with the Head of Strategy, you will help manage two to four accounts at a time, supporting each partnership from initial concept through execution and reporting. You will coordinate client communication, maintain project timelines, contribute to creative activation strategies, build presentations, and support experiences on the ground during NYFW and LAFW.

What You’ll Do 
Support the day-to-day management of brand partnerships across NYFW, LAFW, and year-round initiatives Build strong client relationships and serve as a responsive, reliable point of contact Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, notes, recaps, approvals, and next steps Maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, status reports, and account documentation Keep clients, internal teams, and external partners aligned on responsibilities and deadlines Work with senior team members to develop partnership strategies and creative activation concepts Help turn approved concepts into clear, actionable plans and coordinate their execution Create client presentations, partnership proposals, pitch materials, and post-event recaps using PowerPoint and Canva Research brands, talent, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to inform partnership ideas and new-business opportunities Support on-site client management and event execution during New York and Los Angeles Fashion Week Help develop reports and case studies that clearly communicate results and partnership value Anticipate client needs, flag potential challenges, and help find practical solutions 
What We’re Looking For 
1-2 years of experience in account management, brand partnerships, marketing, public relations, creative strategy, or a related field Bachelor’s degree Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail Confidence managing multiple accounts, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva, with a strong visual eye Graphic design experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with Excel is a plus A genuine interest in fashion, culture, design, technology, and the creative industries A proactive, resourceful approach and ability to remain solutions-oriented and composed as priorities evolve
