Ideal Candidate:

Define and implement the Technology Academy strategy and learning framework. Lead Technology Learning & Development across Software Engineering, Cloud, AI, Dev Ops, Cybersecurity, and Architecture. Design technical learning pathways, competency frameworks, certifications, and career development programmes. Proven Head/Director-level experience in Technical Learning or Capability Development. Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, communication, and influencing skills
