Job Description

  • Provide career guidance and counselling to students.
  • Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
  • Help students identify their interests, strengths, abilities, and career goals.
  • Provide guidance on higher education options, courses, entrance examinations, and career pathways.
  • Conduct career awareness sessions, workshops, and aptitude-related activities.
  • Support students in academic and career decision-making.
  • Maintain confidential student counselling records.
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school leadership when required.
  • Stay updated on higher education opportunities and changing career trends.



    • Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Career Guidance, Education, or a relevant field.
  • Relevant certification/training in career counselling is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a school or educational environment is preferred.
  • Strong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with adolescents and young adults.
  • Good knowledge of higher education and career pathways in India and abroad.
