Role Description The Real Estate Finance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for analyzing real estate investments, evaluating project viability, and preparing financial models and reports to support commercial and residential property decisions. The specialist will review market data and real estate economics, assess risks, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure financing solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and lenders, supporting sales teams with financial insights, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and real estate regulations. The role also involves preparing presentations, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to strategic recommendations that align with clients’ business objectives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance, including financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate, including property types, valuation concepts, and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Real Estate Economics, including market trends, demand and supply dynamics, and investment drivers.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including client relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software tools, with strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Prior experience in real estate finance, banking, or investment analysis is preferred.
