We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging, high-quality motion creatives, animations, and performance ads while bringing strong visual concepts to life through design, animation, and AI-generated content.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design and animate visual creatives using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, including products, graphics, typography, and campaign concepts.
• Create short-form motion creatives for performance marketing ads across digital platforms, ensuring strong visual impact and engagement.
• Develop AI-powered visuals and transformations and integrate AI-generated assets into creative campaigns.
• Create smooth animations, transitions, and motion sequences using principles of timing, easing, and the Graph Editor.
• Enhance creatives with music and sound design to create engaging and polished motion content.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into high-quality motion creatives while maintaining strong visual consistency and attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, with a solid understanding of motion design and animation principles.
• Strong understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, and overall visual design.
• Hands-on expertise in Graph Editor, easing, timing, smooth transitions, and thoughtful text animation.
• Experience with AI image/video generation tools and integrating AI-generated assets into creative work.
• Strong visual taste, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to create polished creatives without relying heavily on generic presets.
Work from office
Location - Gurgaon, Sector 58
Shift - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
