To support a growing claims management team, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Trainee will engage in a 6-month paid, fully remote immersive learning experience, gaining hands-on exposure to claims operations and client service while progressively managing indemnity claims under mentorship. Key responsibilities Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing focused on foundational insurance knowledge and claims operations Shadow experienced claims professionals to learn best practices in managing workers' compensation claims and gradually take ownership of a portfolio of indemnity claims Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support empathetic and effective claims handling, while analyzing claim details to determine strategy and financial exposure Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred 3.5 or higher GPA preferred, with consideration for candidates with proven experience Familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT) Demonstrated adaptability to changes in procedures and technology Active listening and problem-solving mindset
