We are looking for a leader as Head FR and FP&A for Aluminium Business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end to end Consolidation and Standalone accounts monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and internal accounting policies.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial statements and management reports.
Act as the key interface with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and assurance teams, including closure of audit observations.
Oversee accounting judgments, provisions, estimates, and disclosure requirements.
Drive continuous improvement through Digital in financial controls, governance, and reporting automation.
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
Develop and maintain robust MIS, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for business and functional leadership.
Provide insightful variance analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
Support strategic initiatives, capex evaluation, cost transformation, and profitability improvement programs.
Partner with operations and commercial teams to enable digitally data driven decision making through Benchmarking.
Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership.
Build, mentor, and lead a high performing finance team, fostering ownership and analytical depth.
Coordinate with group finance, IT, and shared services for standardization and best practices.
Desired Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
8–15 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or business finance, preferably in large manufacturing / metals / power organizations
Strong expertise in Ind AS / IFRS / financial reporting / consolidation.
Deep understanding of FP&A, business analytics, performance management, SAP ERP systems and advanced Excel / BI tools.
