Centerpoint Health in Middletown, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a community health setting. The RN will provide primary and behavioral health nursing support across the lifespan, including assessments, triage, vaccinations, care coordination, and chronic disease management.
