Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Graphic Designer with strong experience in POSM (Point of Sale Materials) , retail branding, and product visualization. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative 3D concepts and converting brand requirements into impactful retail displays and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D designs, renders, and visualisations for POSM and retail displays.
• Design standees, kiosks, display units, shelves, counter displays, danglers, wobblers, gondolas, and other promotional materials .
• Develop concepts based on brand guidelines, campaign briefs, and product requirements.
• Create realistic 3D mock-ups and presentations for client/internal approvals.
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Production teams .
• Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for execution.
• Modify designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure designs are practical from a manufacturing, material, size, and cost perspective.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity across all POSM designs.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of 3D design and graphic design .
• Proficiency in 3D Max / Blender / SketchUp / KeyShot / V-Ray or similar tools.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of POSM, retail displays, branding, and print production .
• Strong visualisation, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
